Engholmene, Pakhuset (F&B)

COPENHAGEN

Engholmene is situated in the area “Enghave Brygge”, which is the last area along Copenhagen Harbour on the Zealand side, completing the urban development that the harbour has undergone over the last 15 years.

Enghave Brygge consists of 11 newly constructed islands, which will accommodate 2,600 new homes and 1,600 jobs when fully extended. NPV is project developer on Engholmene, which are the six northernmost of the 11 islands, closest to the city.

The property, Pakhuset, has previously acted as head office of the company Uniscrap A/S and has also formed the setting of a well-known Danish feature film – The Olsen Gang.

Pakhuset will be converted into restaurants, where the restaurant in the basement and on the ground floor will gain access to outdoor service towards the canals and the harbour basin.
