Frederiksholms Kvarter / Sydhavnsgade (BUSINESS)
Kgs. Enghave, Metro Mozarts Plads + Sluseholmen (2024)
In the area of “Industritrekanten” NPV is developing a new, green town quarter – close to Aalborg University, the harbour basin, business domiciles and the classic housing blocks in Kgs. Enghave.
Here it is possible to create a unique, new and mixed quarter with great visibility against one of Copenhagen’s large approach roads “Sydhavnsgade”.
The industrial area, now closed, will open up and provide a connection between the encircling roads Sydhavnsgade, Borgmester Christiansens Gade and Scandiagade. Sydhavnsgade is the big southern entrance to Copenhagen, and it is a natural place to mark the city with buildings of a high architectural quality.
The big main road ensures easy access to the coming commercial premises.
The two coming metro stations by Mozarts Plads and by Slusen will turn the new town quarter into an attractive, accessible place in town for staff, visitors and users.
A unique and new part of town with business and homes – close to the city’s large green and blue space and ideally connected with its superior traffic infrastructure.
