When using and chat function as well as reservation of a project building
If you wish to have specific information concerning a project building by use of a chat function and if you wish to reserve a project building, we solely treat your personal information for the purpose of being able to give you the desired information on behalf of the vendor.
Treatment of personal information with a view to giving you project material is carried out at your request prior to entering into a contract with the vendor of the project building.
When buying a project building and using ”My NPV”If you have bought a project building, we solely treat your personal information for the purpose of being able to fulfil the purchase agreement on behalf of the vendor and giving you access to ”My NPV”, where puchasing documents and status of the project building can be accessed.
Treatment of personal information in connexion with purchasing a project building and in connexion with access to ”My NPV” is carried out with a view to performing a purchase agreement between you and the vendor as well as giving you relevant service messages.
What do we collect from other sources?
We receive information about you from social media, including when you interact with us on social media and which content you access on social media. The information we receive is general personal information, including name and interests. The information we receive is controlled by the personal data policy on the relevant social media, and we urge you to review it.
We also receive the information about you from project companies and estate agents when you make a reservation of a project building or buy a project building. The information we receive is general personal information, including name, contact information, address and other information relevant to the specific project building. Finally, we also receive information about you from financial institutions and authorities when you buy a project building. How do we share your information?

For marketing consents, we delete your personal information 3 years after the last contact to you in relation to the specific marketing consent.
For material concerning project building, we delete your personal information 5 years after the end of the financial year in which the project building was taken over (financial year = 1/1 to 31/12) – in case of disagreement, the deletion deadline can be extended by up to 10 years.

We choose to use suppliers that implement security in accordance with the industry’s good IT security practice, and we use encrypted data communication when we transfer sensitive personal information.

What are your rights?
