Engholmene is in the new, attractive area of “Enghave Brygge”, which consists of 11 newly constructed islands in Copenhagen Harbor. The six northernmost residential islands make up Engholmene - Copenhagen’s new canal city, fully developed by NPV.
The area is the last along Copenhagen Harbor to benefit from the urban development that the harbor as a whole has undergone over the past 15 years.
The property, Pakhuset, has previously served as the head office of Uniscrap A/S, and has also been the setting for a well-known Danish feature film: The Olsen Gang.
The top three floors of the warehouse have been converted into bright and atmospheric office space, with the clear canals and harbor basin - a stone’s throw from the doorstep - creating an uncompromising and unique working environment.
On the ground and basement floors there is a restaurant and bar for the benefit of office tenants, Engholmen residents and visitors.
