Visualizations and renderings
With the purpose of illustrating individual projects, multiple visualizations and renderings have been developed to present the expected appearance of the project, when construction is fully finished. Hence, shown images are preliminary visualizations and renderings of how buildings, shared spaces, urban areas, etc. are expected to appear, when the construction is developed, and the larger area is completed. Significant differences between preliminary visualizations, renderings and the completed construction and the larger area may occur. Visualizations and renderings are for inspiration only. Seller/Salesperson are not responsible for visualizations, renderings and details shown. With reservation of rights regarding errors and changes.
Residential
Floor plans
All stated measurements and areas are rounded and preliminary and are therefore for guidance only, including the measurements shown on the floor plan, as these are measurements taken at the design stage, and the placement of internal walls, etc. may be changed. Please note that the wall-to-wall measurements stated on the floor plan do not take into account fitted fixtures and fittings such as wardrobes, kitchen units, internal staircases, etc. Any furniture shown on the floor plan is for illustrative purposes only, and the furniture should not be considered proportional to the size of the room. Please note that service shafts, stair cores, etc. may have a different location or a larger extent than shown on the floor plan. Please also note that the measurements stated on the floor plan are wall-to-wall measurements and therefore do not correspond to the BBR area, registered area, residential area, etc. Reservations are made for minor deviations and changes in the owner-occupied apartment, as well as final control measurements by an appointed chartered surveyor. Reference is also made to the provisions of the purchase agreement and the preliminary area schedule.
