The vision for Fuglekvarteret is to develop a residential neighborhood with so much “own” identity that there is a sense of community around being a resident in the neighborhood. A neighborhood full of life, potentially sharing its benefits with the surrounding areas.
A neighborhood where you live in the town, in Hvidovre, but where nature is right outside the door: Vestvolden, which flows like a green river all the way up to Utterslev Mose and all the way to the sea at Kalveboderne.
A neighborhood with diversity in all aspects. With diversity among residents and diversity in housing types and sizes. There must be room for people at different stages of life; for the single senior, the large family with children, the young student, or the single parent with children.
