The property at Stenhusvej 72–74 in Holbæk is being developed into a strong, modern destination with a focus on both retail and future mobility. NPV has acquired the existing property and is transforming it into a new flagship location for Power as the domiciled tenant, with the framework adapted to meet contemporary demands for visibility and accessibility. As part of the development, an agreement has been made with Tesla to establish 16 Superchargers on the site. The combination of retail and charging infrastructure creates an attractive setting, where activity, accessibility, and future-proof solutions come together.
