On the former Arriva bus depot site, a diverse mix of housing will be built, including family, student and senior homes, alongside care facilities, a day care centre and smaller commercial units.
The area will be connected to the existing path network around Kildevæld Park and remain carfree at its core. Two existing building structures are expected to be preserved and repurposed as workshops and shared community facilities.
Defined by clear public spaces, green courtyards and a straightforward architectural expression,
Sibeliusgade 84 will offer a new kind of city living – close to everything, with room for what matters.
