The former Arriva site will be developed into a diverse residential community featuring family, youth, and senior housing, complemented by a daycare facility, an indoor sports facility, assisted living units, and small-scale commercial space.
The area will be connected to the existing path network around Kildevæld Park and remain carfree at its core. Two existing building structures are expected to be preserved and repurposed as workshops and shared community facilities.
Defined by clear public spaces, green courtyards and a straightforward architectural expression,
LINJE2100 will offer a new kind of city living – close to everything, with room for what matters.
