The Silvan property in Gladsaxe is set to undergo a significant transformation, where existing qualities are renewed and elevated to a contemporary standard. With a new long-term lease agreement in place, Silvan will continue as a central and integrated tenant at the property, while the building is enhanced with a new facade and an upgraded entrance to strengthen its overall appearance. At the same time, the front building, which previously housed a bank, will be converted into an attractive retail space with strong visibility and exposure. Overall, the project shapes an updated property where functionality, quality, and presence go hand in hand.

The former bank office space, previously vacant, has been leased to Sov Naturligt. With existing stores in Lyngby and Rødovre, the retailer will open its third location in Gladsaxe. The 1,000-square-meter space spans three floors.
