The Warehouse

The Warehouse is well located with a distinctive entrance directly on Engholmen’s new main street Nelson Mandelas Allé. The office building is characterized by shifts in the facade that mirror the shifts of the townhouses on Sivholm opposite. The facade shifts even contribute to a natural division of office space on the floors, creating smaller “pockets” with the possibility of workstations along the window sections. The workflow for users is also enriched with plenty of light from several sides and fantastic roof terraces where coffee breaks can be enjoyed with a view of the main canal.
