Pakhuset is located on Engholmene – Copenhagen’s new canal city, developed by NPV.

Pakhuset formerly served as the headquarters for the company Uniscrap A/S and served as a backdrop for the well-known Danish feature films: Olsen Banden.

The three upper floors of Pakhuset have been converted into bright and atmospheric office spaces, which, along with the clear canals and harbor basin, create an uncompromising and unique working environment.

On the ground and basement floors, a restaurant and bar have been set up for the enjoyment of office tenants, residents of Engholmene, and visitors.
