Since October 2015, BIG Shopping in Herlev has constituted the junction for those people from greater Copenhagen who love shopping. NPV is behind the development of one of Denmark’s biggest shopping centres of 44,000 m² which, in addition to a number of well-known chains of shops, also contains several places to eat, a big play centre and a cinema. It is Årstiderne Arkitekter who have designed the BIG Shopping Centre, and they have been very successful from day 1, both in relation to the customer experience and turnover.

The centre has strengthened Herlev’s position as commercial centre, without taking the turnover from the local centre, Herlev City Centre.
