Sydhavnsgade
Copenhagen
NPV has developed the micro living project on Sydhavnsgade in Copenhagen’s South Harbor. The project consists of 333 DGNB Gold-certified micro-living homes, a modern housing concept that focuses on shared living spaces and community.
The project was developed for the manager SF Management and real estate investor Deutsche Finance International (DFI) and was completed in 2024, where it also was handed over to DFI.
The project on Sydhavnsgade includes the completed micro living apartments as well as 17 hotel apartments and is today named ‘Mylo’. This new micro living complex, Mylo, is an integrated part of the urban district, situated between classic residential blocks, the harbor basin, and Aalborg University. A unique, vibrant urban neighborhood has been created here, offering a peaceful environment away from the noise of Sydhavnsgade, conveniently located near the two metro stations Mozarts Plads and Sluseholmen.
The apartments, ranging from 31 to 40 square meters, primarily targets recent graduates, expats, and young adults. In addition to the charming apartments, Mylo includes a range of common areas, including work and study spaces, more than a dozen shared kitchens, and a rooftop terrace of 1,500 square meters. Over time, many trees have grown in the area surrounding the project, and the neighborhood in total represents a lively and flourishing urban area with a wide variety of homes, where more and more people reside.
