A new, diverse, and vibrant neighborhood will emerge at the former industrial area along Sydhavnsgade.
The project is ideally placed close to the harbor, educational institutions, metro stations, and the popular neighborhood of Kgs. Enghave, which were once called “Hellerup of the Working Class”.
The micro living project is ready for handing over the keys to new residents in 2024. The remaining square meters are under further project development in close collaboration with the municipality.
