COPENHAGEN · Tangholm is the fourth and largest of the six housing islands and consists of 264 attractive and modern flats. The flats consist of two, three and four rooms as well as penthouse flats in two storeys. All the flats have water views.

KGS. ENGHAVE · A unique new green neigbourhood with many homes and a small amount of business – close to the city’s large green and blue spaces and ideally connected to Copenhagen’s superior traffic infrastructure.
KGS. LYNGBY · The Danish Film Studio is unwinding and the aim is to convert the area into a new green and sustainable community with senior-friendly homes.
VEJLE · Gammelhavn will be the new green destination in Vejle’s city centre across from Bryggen – with a new pedestrian street and simultaneously, high visibility from Vejle’s main arterial road
