The Boathouse is located at the entrance of Engholmene between H.C. Ørstedværket and Copenhagen Rowing Club. The building appears in a “horseshoe shape” with various heights.
The Warehouse is well placed with its front facade facing Engholmene’s new main street, Nelson Mandelas Allé. The building is characterized by shifting levels of the facade, which mirrors the architecture of the townhouses on Sivholm.
The Lighthouse has an iconic, pentagonal appearance and as the tallest office building on Engholmene, users and visitors are naturally drawn towards the prominent building.
The Powerhouse is placed in the first row to the main canal of Engholmene. The heart of the building consists of an atrium, which contributes to amazing natural light and allows users to relax in calm surroundings.
